We have an answering machine to take your call if we are not in the office.
To allow us to process your booking or enquiry please leave your name, telephone number, required dates and details of your pet. We will return your call promptly and advise if we have a vacancy.
If you have not heard from us within 48 hours to confirm your booking, please call us back to verify that we have received your message.
It is important to note that we must confirm your booking directly with you. If we have not done so, then your booking is not valid.

Bathing fee of $45 – $65 depending on length of hair and size of your dog. This is a one-off fee. The bath fee only applies for stay over 3 days. |
