Home pick-up & Delivery

Rates: For information on rates and availability, please contact our office. Rates are quoted and charged per trip (not per dog) and include GST.

Pickup Times: You can also inquire about the approximate time we are in your geographic area. When you book the pickup service, you will be notified the day prior to pickup of an approximate time for your dog’s collection. We provide an estimated 60-minute time frame during which we expect to arrive. It’s important to remember that our vehicles and drivers are subject to the traffic of the day. Should the driver think they will miss the time frame provided to you, they will call you to let you know. If you have a critical departure time, consider having your dog arrive at the resort the day before you leave or alternatively have a neighbour or friend who can be there for your dog’s collection if you have to leave earlier than our allocated time.

Drop-off Times: If you are using the Lyndhurst Pet Limo service for a return trip, please ensure that you call us upon arriving home, no matter what the time, and leave a message on our answering machine confirming you are home to receive your dog.

If you do not confirm you are home, your dog will remain at the resort until we hear from you. If you have any delays in your return home, this means your dog will be safe and sound until you do get home, and you won’t need to worry. Our drivers check our message banks, so even if you arrive home late at night, don’t forget to call, and confirm.

All dogs being collected or returned home (or to another location of your choosing) must be greeted by a person who will then be responsible for their care until you return home. Unfortunately, we are unable to leave your dog in your yard or home unattended.
